Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1094. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(JUD) "An Act relating to credits toward a sentence of imprisonment for certain persons under electronic monitoring; and relating to mitigating factors at sentencing" was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(JUD) was read the third time. Senators Ellis, Gardner, McGuire, Coghill, Stevens, Micciche, Bishop, Giessel, MacKinnon, Egan, Stedman, Costello moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the bill.
